Natália Mendonça

I love sweets since always! But I never thought I would work with that.

I started watching tv cooking programs and selling chocolate bonbons at my school, do you believe that? And now I will tell you a bit of what happened since then, in these 12 years of experience in pastry.
When you really want to make something, there are no obstacles.
My first orders were done inside my very tiny apartment. The oven had to stay in the living room and it used to take all the space!
It was not easy, I won't lie to you. But in that super small space I made lots of sweets and happy clients. So many that I had to go to a bigger apartment. And then to a house, even bigger. And that was the place my Atelier worked with big weddings and events (in my city and neighbouring cities). We achieved an average of 8 thousand sweets per month! It was a dream coming true...
And then I decided to go forward with my dream. I started teaching in my city, in Brazil and around the world. I also created online courses and was able to see my student's happiness when they made the most beautiful sweets! I shared smiles with all 5 continents.
I also participated in conventions in Brazil and had another happy moment: graduating in pastry at ENSP, Alain Ducasse Education in Yssingeaux, France.
If anyone had told me this story at the time I made chocolate bonbons, I would never believe it! But that was when everything started. I had a dream, achieved it and now I'm here, to help you achieve yours.

Team

Meet my collaborators

Jannini DIas

Plans and performs with the excellence of an experienced pastry maker. She follows all departments and steps, from the macaron recipe to video subtitles. And still finds time to motivate everyone in the team.

Mariana Camillo

Will deliver all your questions and moments of joy to me, always with a "hello there!" and a lot of emojis. And sometimes say things like "just a moment while I contact the support, ok?”

Thomaz Callado

Works in every step of the video making, so you can have the best of my content in the online courses. He is also the official curator of chocolate recipes: knows a bit about every sweet that went through the set.

Pedro Callado

Puts a comma, changes the order and deletes paragraphs. Then puts paragraphs back again, because it was already good in the first draft. Pedro's work is to make the words as tasty as the sweets you learn with me. Oh! And he also creates the videos with Thomaz.
