Hi, I’m Natália Mendonça, born and raised in Brazil and I’m completely in love with bem-casados.<br><br>
Contrary to what many think, it wasn’t love at first sight! The first bem-casado I had, in 2009, smelled really, really like eggs and this bad experience made me have no interest in learning them for years.
Until the day I decided to give it a second chance and was surprised by a well-done bem-casado; it was piped, smelled like vanilla – not an omelet – and wasn’t overly sweet.<br><br>
That’s when I decided to learn the perfect bem-casado! It took years of improvement, making subtle changes to get to the quality I have today.<br><br>
Producing in large quantities taught me a lot about them. In 2012, I produced 1400 bem-casados in one day, with the help of two more employees.<br><br>
And it’s all this experience that I bring to my course; not only the perfect recipe with all the techniques involved, but also the knowledge of how to produce and work with them in an organized and pleasant way, in a business that can be very profitable.<br><br>
